I’m a hospitality and leadership coach, speaker, consultant, and relentless optimist. I’m on a mission to spread the power of true hospitality.
I’ve worked for some of the most refined 5-star hotels, first-class restaurants, and charming venues worldwide, including W Hotel Barcelona, Cotton Beach Club Ibiza, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, La Laguna, and La Plancha Bali.
Truly Human Hospitality was born to bring the transformative power of providing and receiving exceptional hospitality which, we imagine, can help make a world a lil better.
WHY I DO
What I do
Having witnessed the highs and lows of the hospitality industry over years of experience, by the end of 2020, I found myself in an industry facing even more challenges, both numerous and unusual, due to the pandemic.
The industry I love, alongside its leaders, was struggling to find ways to care for, support, and empower their teams. Moreover, guests and customers were left unattended, unseen, and unhappy.
I decided it was time to change that. It was time to redefine the meaning of Hospitality and focus on what truly matters: people and the power that Hospitality has on everyone who experiences it.
So, I embarked on a new journey and founded Truly Human Hospitality.

I always knew in my heart that hospitality was my passion. I love making people happy.
I enjoyed working in all these great companies, but I always felt like something was missing.
I felt like the true essence of hospitality was getting lost. Hospitality can truly make an impact on other people's lives, and I wanted everyone to experience its power. Guests, customers, clients, teams, owners, investors... EVERYONE!
When we receive and provide great hospitality, we feel cared for, joyful, and grateful. We feel like we matter. It's not just about receiving a service or purchasing a product... it goes above and beyond, and it's priceless.
So, I made it my life's mission to help hospitality professionals, businesses, changemakers, and leaders find ways to provide truly human hospitality so that we can all

We envision a world where businesses succeed by creating unforgettable experiences through empathy, connection, and exceptional service. By empowering leaders and teams, we aim to spread positivity and make a lasting impact.
Since 2020 when I started THH, I spent two years working with incredible leaders from around the world, providing my services as a hospitality coach in the online world. In 2022, I decided to create awareness of the power that hospitality holds and launched The Hospitality First Academy, my Instagram account where I share inspiration, insights, tips, and all things Hospitality and Leadership.
Now, it's also my online academy and learning platform—the go-to place if you're ready to learn and unlock the power of hospitality and leadership in your life and business.
In 2023, I decided I was ready to expand my services to Bali, the place I call home and a truly hospitable island, where I was brought six years ago to work in the hospitality industry, and I finally opened my in-person business.
I currently work with hospitality professionals, businesses, and leaders in every field, both in person in Bali/Asia and online with incredible people from all over the world, including South America, Europe, and of course, Asia.
